I will say that I thought it was more fun than Insanity and I feel great after completing it.

I come from Belgium. It was a perfect combination.

There are always other options when it comes to the P90X hybrid. Another word of advice: Unless you are in extreme shape this will allow your body to adapt and recover for the next workout without overdoing it. But I bought insanity asylum and p90x2.

Also, that makes a good pair since it is cardio followed by weight lifting. Happy Cqlendar, I like your hybrid calendar alot, being an avid athlete hybfid completing multiple half marathons, 3 marathons all the Beachbody programs from P90X-Insanity Asylum II. Strength days, I love to do them back to back just for the challenge.

If you get to those days and you are tuckered out, then just do one of the workouts and try to get to the point where you can do both in one day.


P90X Insanity Hybrid Workout Schedule

So this is great, I was scared of dropping one of the plan and doing only running to accomplish the marathon. My friends have both programs and I never participated in the exercises.

I make my plans in excel files, so they can be modified for whatever event you intend to train for. I do not have plans for each cycle. For example on my Insanity: Wish me luck man!

Its all about keeping your body guessing and to never hit that plateau. This was a workout that usually kicked my butt, but I loved the workout and loved how it made caalendar feel afterwards. Keep a look out and I will have one completed soon. Like you, I have to do my workouts early in the morning just to get them in.
